Returns Policy – Lazarva

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Conditions:

• Product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Keep proof of shipment.

Refunds:

Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the payment within 14 days via the same payment method used.
