We sell watches and jewelry. Images and colors on the website may slightly differ from the actual product.

3. Prices

Lazarva is registered under the small business scheme in Belgium.
Therefore, we state: “Exempt from VAT under Article 44 of the Belgian VAT Code.”

4. Ordering and Payment

An order is processed once payment has been completed.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped via standard postal services. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier. Lazarva is not responsible for delays during transport.

6. Returns

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt (cooling-off period).
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Return address: Will be provided via e-mail.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Warranty

We provide a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by wear and tear, drops, water, perfume, cosmetics, or improper use is not covered.
